Q. Why can't I apply the free shipping discount code with other codes?
A. Our current shopping cart will only allow one discount at a time.
Q. Half my order arrived, what happened to the other half?
A. Some orders come from separate factories and will arrive in different packages.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Manufactured in the East, all orders take 2-4 days to process and 16-26 days to travel, but isn't it worth it?

Q. My item is broken, what should I do?
A. That's a shame, please send a photo of it to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a new one.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. As soon as an order is made, we immediately order the product. If you change your mind, please message us on the FB chat located on the bottom left of the shop. Orders may be cancelled before the items are shipped. Once shipped, you are eligible for a refund after you send the items back to us:
